Allison and Joey were supposed to have a big wedding…and then Covid changed everything. They kept a positive attitude, regrouped, and decided to celebrate with a micro wedding now and a big celebration next year. They were rewarded for all their troubles with the most gorgeous, perfect weather for their St. Simon’s ceremony and outdoor reception at the Lemp Mansion.
There are many weddings I walk away from with a huge smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart for the wonderful people I have just gotten to celebrate with. Allison and Joey and their family and close friends were no exception. Covid has thrown us all some difficult twists and turns to say the least, but one benefit is that I get to hang out with some of my favorite brides and grooms AGAIN when they throw their second, bigger party later on down the road. Allison and Joey, thank you from the bottom of my heart for inviting me in to both of your celebrations. I am eagerly looking foward to part two next year!
